Sales Representative

Roles and responsibilities of a Sales Representative are :

  • Achieve sales target.
  • Identify key customers.
  • Establish and maintain Sales Development strategy.
  • Utilize sales data and market information to identify sales opportunities in accordance with the sales plan.
  • Actively share market intelligences and sales opportunities with team members within the company.
  • Plan monthly to visit existing and new customers.
  • Understand your customers’ requirements and ensure they are met.
  • Excel at building strong customer relationships; assess and understand customer needs and come   up with solutions or appropriate actions.
  • Develop and generate sales from existing base towards monthly target.
  • Interact with customers positively to resolve and customer complaints.
  • Negotiate with customers, provide quotations and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Update the sales records; come up with initiative to drive sales numbers.
  • Reporting
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company service
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or door-door sales
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of Freight & Logistics sales experience.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the international and Domestic markets.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Arabic Language is a bonus.
